1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Customers may request an exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.

2. Exchange Process

  • If the product you wish to exchange is eligible, you may visit our store or contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, we will provide alternative options or issue a voucher (as outlined below).

3. Pricing Adjustments

  • If the new product you select for exchange has a lower price than the original product, the difference will be issued as a Meem Seen voucher.
  • This voucher will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases at any Meem Seen store or online.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Exchangeable” at the time of purchase.

5. Additional Notes

  • Exchanges are only applicable for products of equal or lesser value. If the new product selected is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
  • Meem Seen reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
